Ben comes to Future Home with 30 years progressive experience in Banking, Franchising, and Sales Consulting after succesfull Careers in Banking and Advertising with Bank of America, Verizon, Check Express and More Space Place, Ben founded Swift Development Group LLC and spent 10 years in Franchise consulting and Sales before focusing efforts in Real Estate and Franchise consulting. Most recently for the last 3 years,  Ben has been helping Future Home Realty Clients, after 3 years helping Coldwell Banker grow in Palm Harbor, FL.  We recently moved to a home on the Gulf in Baileys Bluff and we are excited about the Future helping people fulfill there real estate DREAMS. Recenlty we have specialized helping buyers aquire Waterfront Properties,  and sellers of all kinds from 2 bedroom condos to 15 acre Horse Farms. Ben is married to Debbie Swift and has 2 sons Bret and Brandon,, Brandon 21 is a transferring Business Major at USF, working 2 marketing jobs. Bret 31 is owner of SNAPCOM a VOIP company in St. Louis MO.
