I grew up in a small Midwest city working in a family owned retail business. We relied on generations of customers to help us keep our doors open so we could put food on our table, and give some time and money back to our community. I was always told if we treated our customers right, everything else would just take care of itself. And, that proved to be very true.

When our retail business closed, I chose to get involved in real estate. I was a part of the corporate real estate world at first, which meant getting transferred, or relocating for better career opportunities. In my case, I moved my family FIVE TIMES! As I sold and bought homes, I found out just how difficult it could be to find the right person to work with.

I left the corporate world behind, and moved my family to the Tampa Bay area. I decided to focus on my desire to help individuals and families sell and buy homes. Second only to my family, providing the kind of customer focused service to my clients is my biggest passion.

Some additional details about me include: I have been a resident of Hillsborough County, Florida for over 40 years; I walk every customer through the transaction process before we move forward; communication from me will be clear and concise; when we work together you will always know what has happened, what is happening now, and what should happen next. Customer satisfaction is not a goal, it is an obsession.
