Kimberly Hunt is a native of the Buffalo, NY , but now calls “home” Central Florida. She attended Villa Maria College and majored in Business. This was my first home-buying experience, no naturally I had questions about EVERYTHING…usually asked multiple times! I had corresponded with Kim for well over a year before actually starting our search. She was always cordial and timely with her emails. After the home buying process started it was a matter of just looking at properties and finding ‘our’ house. We were renting and had given notice, so it was imperative that everything move quickly for a 45-day close. Well, the closing date came and went and we were biting our fingernails. Kim suggested that since the house was empty that perhaps we could ask the Seller’s to let us take early occupancy. Kim negotiated with the Seller’s agent and got us early access to the house. That alone was such a relief for us. Kim is a Buffalo area native and her knowledge of the housing markets in different areas was extremely helpful.
