After graduating with a Bachelors Degree in Business Oscar landed a position as General sales Manager of Tampa Bay area radio station WRXB, overseeing the development and implementation of National, Regional, and Local advertising and marketing campaigns. Oscar graduated from Hillsborough High School, and continues to call the Tampa Bay area home.
