I have been self-employed as owner of different businesses most of my working life, for ex. last 19 yrs:

  • 2001, I was a “Licensed Independent Mortgage Broker” originating and processing mortgage loans and refinances.
  • 2004, I got my real estate sales license and in 2006 my real estate Broker’s license.  Aly Avila has been my assistant and Notary Public & Signing Agent since I was working in the mortgage industry.
  • 2006 Aly and I, as business partners, started our own Brokerage Firm “Dynamic Team Realty” where I trained many new agents to their success.
  • 2013 Licensed Life and Health Insurance agent. Assisting homeowners with mortgage protection insurance and health insurance for the general public.
  • 2014 “Lic. Real Estate Instructor”
  • 2014 we started “Dynamic Real Estate School” but due to health reasons, (I’m a colon cancer survivor) I had to close the brokerage firm but kept the real estate school open.

Throughout my many years experience in the residential and commercial industry I have obtained several “Designations and Certifications” in real estate for additional knowledge and training to better assist my clients:  SFR, CDPE, BPO, HAFA, CHS, SRS – additionally I have served as a volunteer instructor at Housing & Ed. Alliance teaching the “First Time Buyers Education Class” (English & Spanish) required for prospects using the down payment assistance program.
