David’s journey in real estate is marked by a rich background in financial services and technology. His more than 20-year tenure in the banking and mortgage industry has endowed him with an invaluable perspective on property markets. Now a licensed real estate sales associate in Tampa Bay with Future Home Realty;  David specializes in residential and commercial transactions, leveraging his wall-street financial services experience along with cutting edge IT tools and  project management skills to provide white-glove service ensuring his clients have a competitive edge in today’s dynamic market.

David is a US Navy veteran and holds a Bachelors of Science degree with concentrations in business administration and project management from DePaul University.  He also studied accounting and economics at La Salle University in Philadelphia.

He is married, attends Our Lady of the Rosary Catholic church, loves dogs, and enjoys a wide variety of hobbies especially cooking and woodworking.
