Gillian was born in Boston, Massachusetts and made Tampa her home in 1999. She is active in Lowry Elementary School PTA, and a board member of  Bridges Early Learning Center located at Memorial United Methodist Church. She has a green belt in Tae Kwon Do, and enjoys travel, decorating, dance and physical wellness. Gillian speaks English and Armenian.

Gillian earned an Associates degree from Mass Bay Community College (Wellesley, MA), and has a Certified Nursing Assistant designation. Prior to moving to Tampa, she worked as a legal assistant with a prestigious Boston medical malpractice defense law firm. This attention to details continued into her real estate career.
