Prior to focusing on Seller/Buyer representation, Jim’s involvement includes all aspects of the Real Estate Industry and for 20+ years here in the greater Tampa Bay area. In the late 90’s, he withdrew from Law School to open his own Real Estate Title Company. That 3 person office soon blossomed into 35 offices nationwide with 140+ employees. From there, Jim co-founded American Home Lending for mortgages and later American HomeBankers for lending via warehouse lines of credit that exceeded $25 million. He went on to open Land Development and Construction companies, along with Global FIS, an insurance & finance agency. He later consolidated everything into Pappas Holdings.

Jim enjoys fishing and spending time with his beautiful wife, 3 kids, and their dog.
