Lyndie has worked as a full-time REALTOR in Tampa Bay since 2005. As a native of the Tampa Bay area, she has an in-depth knowledge of the market, which she uses to help her clients find the area and neighborhood that best suits their needs.

Working as a private investigator and process server, Lyndie worked closely with many Tampa Bay area attorneys.  During that time, she learned the importance of the details and documentation.  She took that detail-oriented mindset and began a career in radio, scheduling and producing commercials.  Working with advertising customers taught Lyndie the importance of listening to clients, understanding their needs and helping them achieve their goals.

Since beginning her real estate career in 2005, she quickly became a multi-million dollar producer and achieved many award-winning successes.  Lyndie has worked with many banks negotiating short sales and served as a Fannie Mae foreclosure agent.  Today, Lyndie chooses to focus on individual buyers and sellers in the North Hillsborough and Central/East Pasco areas (Northdale, Carrollwood, Lake Magdalene, Odessa, Trinity, Lutz, Land O Lakes, Wesley Chapel)  Lyndie also serves as an active board member with the Central Pasco Association of Realtors, Pinellas Realtor Organization and on the state level with Florida Realtors.
