Ray has been a Tampa native his entire life and for the past 15 years he has called Wesley Chapel his home with his wife Kristi and son Carter. He graduated from the University of South Florida with a B.S. in Marketing and a minor in Economics.

Ray has spent over a decade in restaurant management specializing in branding and training. He has overseen the construction of several new concepts within the Tampa Bay area. In 2013 he and his business partners stared a frozen dessert chain which has won several awards such as the number 1 frozen yogurt store in 2016 in Tampa by Creative Loafing Magazine and the number 1 frozen desserts store in Wesley Chapel/New Tampa every year since 2013.

He has taken that same dedication to his business and applied that to help his clients in the real estate market while providing exceptional customer service. His goal is to make you a client for life!
