In 1982, Ron and his business partner, Mr Alday established Alday Donalson Title Insurance Agencies of America in  Florida and became one of the largest and most respected Title Agencies in the State for 30 years.    With his  expertise,  Ron is able to handle any and all complications that may arise in any real estate transaction, his company handled over 150,000 real estate transactions.

Ron’s early years included serving in  the U.S. Army and was awarded the Bronze Star for his tour of duty in Vietnam.

Ron is also a 32nd Degree Mason and is a member of the Egypt Temple Shrine. He is an Honorary Deputy with the Hillsborough County Sheriffs Department for 25 years.

Ron is currently serving on several Boards including; Vice President/Secretary of the Tampa Bay Builders Association,  Vice President of Tampa Palms North Master Association,  Whitehall Homeowners Association, and South Beach Condominium Association.

Ron has joined his wife Linda  in general real estate  in 2019 and both have been licensed agents since 1986.

Ron and Linda have 3 children and 12 grand-children.
