Sarah Wilhoit- Bio

My family moved to the Tampa Bay Area in August 2015 from rural northeastern Ohio. We came to the area because my husband had accepted a job in St Petersburg, Florida. We have lived in Palm Harbor since 2016 and love the area. Our transition to Florida has been an adventure! Moving from a place where we were born and raised, where we were surrounded by farms, fields, Amish buggies, cattle, and orchards, to bustling St Pete, where the pace of life was much different, and sunshine and beaches were part our new normal.

My husband, Nick and I, have 5 children- Olivia (19), Grace (17), Holden (14), Gavin (12), and Tanner (9). Our 3 oldest kids are our biological children and our two youngest sons are our adopted sons. So being a stay at home mom for the past 16 years, obviously my first concern was finding the best schools for our kids, and a great neighborhood to live and play. Nick and I feel like we have accomplished those goals and found a place for our family to grow and thrive!

I chose real estate because I want to help other families in similar situations, whether it’s relocation, first time homebuyers, or just needing to find that perfect neighborhood and schools for you and yours.
