With 20 years of experience in the residential construction industry — spanning material suppliers, home builders, and lenders — Stephanie brings a depth of knowledge to real estate that most agents simply can’t match. Armed with an MBA in Management and a BS in Finance from the University of South Florida (Go Bulls!), she combines sharp business acumen with boots-on-the-ground expertise across the Greater Tampa Bay market.

Born and raised in Plant City, Stephanie knows this area inside and out — from Tampa’s exciting up-and-coming neighborhoods to its well-established suburbs and surrounding communities. She specializes in new construction, vacant land, probate, divorce, and relocation, making her a trusted guide for clients navigating some of life’s most significant transitions.

But Stephanie isn’t all business. When she’s not helping clients find their perfect home, you’ll find her cheering on the USF Bulls and Tampa Bay Lightning (Go Bolts!), volunteering across the community, exploring the outdoors, and being the proudest dog-mom to her rescue pup, PJ — and the world’s best aunt to her nieces and nephews.
