After 21 years of service in the U.S. Army Special Forces, Travis Price chose this amazing Tampa Bay area
to relocate himself and his family. As a former Army Green Beret and now a professional real estate
advisor and investor, Travis knows what it takes to overcome challenges and obstacles to achieve

Travis bought his first home at age 23 and has since bought and sold many others to include renovating
an 1861 historical home. He has experience in analyzing risk and return for potential single family and
multifamily investment properties as either long-term or short-term rentals and currently manages his
own short-term rental on Cape San Blas, Florida. From his own experience moving across the country
multiple times, Travis understands and can relate to how stressful the home buying and selling process
can be. Through these experiences Travis has learned the qualities of what makes a great real estate
agent.
