Regarding a property; duplex; put offer in, they countered, we countered the counter and they accepted. With Sandpeakoffers.com MLS listing W7836093. My client is very upset over how this ended up. I uploaded all the forms to their site FARBAR contact etc. The listing agent through Sandpeak communication accepted and I was told that the revised contract was out for signatures….My client feels that he was misled by listing agents communication. He wants to put a lien and complaint against the property.
